AM - Regional HR

You will be responsible for managing the complete HR function for the assigned sales region, with a major focus on Talent Acquisition, accounting for nearly 50–60% of the role.

You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers and business leaders to identify manpower requirements, drive end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

• End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Channel Sales, Territory Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers, and support functions.
• Manpower planning with business leaders.
• Managing hiring TAT and offer closures.
• Employee onboarding and induction.
• Employee lifecycle management (confirmation, transfer, promotion, exits).
• Payroll input validation and coordination.
• Attendance and leave management.
• Employee engagement activities.
• Employee grievance handling.
• HR MIS and reporting.
