- Base salary of $210,332 – $266,677 p.a.
- 50% Attraction and Retention Allowance
- 15% Rural & Remote Allowance
- $34,500 Inaccessibility Allowance
- Motor Vehicle Allowance, Professional Development Allowance
- 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer superannuation contributions
