Analyst, Accounting (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

Mainly daily functions, which are not limited to: Properly performs the GL Accounting records for the entities/business units assigned of the North America and Mexico region, and in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local and USGAAP Accounting frameworks; Prepare proper and timely reconciliation of Accounting Templates for the North America and Mexico region. Support on generate information requested by Corporate; Support on Internal and External Audit requirements.

• Properly record the Journal Accounting entries assigned by the supervisor.
• Preparation of Accounting Reconciliations.
• Follow up on reconciling items within the Accounting reconciliations.
• Adhere to establish SLA to ensure meet deadlines.
• Support on preparation of reports and information requested by Corporate and timely delivered in accordance to a calendar.
