Role Summary

Undergraduate role located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Work hours: 37.5 per week. Salary range: $65,000 – $135,000 CAD, with potential progression within the range based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work independently as a senior analyst/associate/subject matter expert; coach and educate others as needed.
• Oversee and independently perform end‑to‑end tasks.
• Focus on short to medium‑term issues (monthly, quarterly).
• Provide specialized business‑management advice and support to management and teams; understand industry trends, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Lead implementation of initiatives supporting overall business or function strategy.
• Manage work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas.
• Support and manage integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across multiple functional areas.
