• Navigate ESM platform daily and ensure tickets are resolved before due.
• Perform process transactions involving data entry/data capture according to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Create and maintain service maintenance contract information into databases in accordance with the agreement or related supporting documents sent by requestor.
• Cross-check & verify contract information before inputting data on SAP.
• Compliance to applicable regulations and security requirements.
• Deliver and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, by processing transactions accurately and meeting agreed service levels (SLA).
• Identify risks associated with execution of the assigned task within the business process and resolve, mitigate, or elevate as per defined SOP.
• Issue reports or assist issuance of reports at planned interval to internal & external stakeholders.
