Analyst Finance & Business Support

This role is directly responsible for the administration and accounting of the Colombia subsidiary, ensuring full compliance with IHG’s accounting and finance policies, as well as local regulations related to taxes, commercial requirements, labor matters, and other applicable standards. The position is also responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with key stakeholders, including Human Resources, the Corporate Finance, Tax and Legal teams, MLAC Operations, Commercial, banking executives, the accounting team in India, and both internal and external auditors.

**Key Accountabilities** :

+ Perform core accounting activities, including maintaining accounting registers, billing, accounts receivables, vendor and payroll payments, executing bank reconciliations, preparing aging reports, and analyzing significant variances in balance sheet and P&L results.
+ Prepare monthly financial statements and annual reports in accordance with standard accounting practices.
