Analyst, Information Technology (Testing)

The Analyst, Information Technology (Testing) ensure the quality and functionality of software products by conducting thorough testing and validation processes before they are released to end-users or clients. Position will be working hybrid based in San Juan, PR.


Main Duties & Responsibilities
+ Collaborate closely with developers, business analyst, project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
+ Validate user stories from the projects assigned within the service level previously agreed upon.
+ Create and Maintain test documentation such as test scripts, test cases, testing results, and defects.
