Analyst, IT Operations Administrator (12 Month FTC)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a IT Operations Administrator to support the 24x7 Operations team. Specifically, accountability for the following named departments, this includes Digital Engineering Services and Solutions (DES) - IT Operations, Swift, Control-M & TapeTrack.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable and responsible for taking appropriate action with respect to the Company’s and IT Operations (Bank/Securities), Swift (Securities) & Control-M (Bank/Securities), including:
• Responsible for administering the day-to-day IT Operations support and processing, encompassing all applications that they support.
• Overseeing that there is sufficient shift cover for all Operational Tasks related to the End of Day Processing, IT Operations platforms and business support as needed.
