To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Database Administrator located at Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Manager IT, the Senior Database Administrator is responsible for providing expert support for SQL Server databases while designing and implementing tools and scripts that optimize and automate database operations.
What a typical day looks like:
Manage and maintain SQL Server instances across test and production environments.
Perform proactive and reactive performance monitoring, identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize queries, and fine-tune database parameters.
Act as an L3 escalation point for complex database issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions (includes on-call support).
