**Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for maintaining the employee information in HR systems of the company, ensuring be the same in SF, SAP, OP, in addition working with the Mgr's Business Unit to ensure the accurate and safe information, making changes in organizational structures, promotions and salary adjustments, complying with legal requirements, maintaining physical evidence (employee file).
Tracking process for the correct payment of biweekly and weekly payroll.
Recommend, develop, and implement new personnel administration processes, obtaining efficiencies in management and service.
Work with recruitment area to ensure the hire of new employees to the company.
Induction of benefits and HR systems for new employees.
