Analyst - Product Control

- Lead consolidation of overall entity P&L and financial reporting - Drive short-term and long-range financial planning - Collaborate with senior management and tech finance teams to achieve financial goals - Act as liaison between business stakeholders and partner teams (Tech, MDM, Data) - Manage planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows - Oversee dashboards, reporting packages, and planning scenarios - Support data reconciliation and financial accuracy - Coordinate with technology teams for application development and enhancements - Design and improve financial models, planning processes, and applications - Perform impact assessments for system and process changes - Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance standards - Mentor team members and drive capability development - Participate in hiring and team building initiatives
