Analytic Facilitator - Senior

**This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability.** We are seeking an experienced **Analytic Facilitator** to support U.S. Government intelligence training and analytic tradecraft development. The Analytic Facilitator enables intelligence professionals to improve analytic rigor, collaboration, and critical thinking through the application of structured analytic techniques and facilitated analytic processes. This role is integral to strengthening intelligence outcomes across the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC).

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in intelligence analysis, experience facilitating analytic sessions or training events, and the ability to engage diverse analytic teams in complex problem solving.
