Analytics and Modeling Specialist

Overview

Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is part of CF Operations under Accenture Operations and provides operations support to Markets and Services leadership. The Analytics and Modeling Specialist delivers data‑driven analytics, proposes and executes cost‑effective analyses, defines metrics, and delivers outcomes through the necessary channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide business operations support to Services/Markets, producing analytics across Finance, Sales, Talent, Quality, Delivery, and external competition.
• Write business insights and leadership review materials.
• Drive adoption of Standard Accenture tools and work in an agile, on‑demand manner for ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Gather requirements, deliver projects, track actions, issues and challenges.
• Act as a business partner to Market/Service Leads, providing data‑driven insights with analytics and data‑visualization tools.
