• Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly and courteous manner at all times.
• Preparing restaurant and bar areas, setting table placement and ensuring cleanliness of crockery and cutlery.
• Taking food and drink orders.
• Serving meals and drinks efficiently with minimum delay or wastage.
• Answering the telephone and taking reservations for the restaurant and accommodation.
