• Job Setting: Outpatient/Surgical; Adults ONLY (no pediatrics); 5 anesthesia rooms
• Credentialing: Estimated privileging timeframe: 5-30 days; Emergency privileges considered

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification required
• Certifications: ECFMG and FLEX; Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
• Licensure: New Jersey physician license
