Animal Care Technician

Description
Breeds, raises and cares for small research animals on behalf of, or for sale to, customers. Follows proper breeding and animal care procedures. Monitors animal behavior and physical attributes to ensure animal health and confirm appropriate phenotype; reports any findings. Ensures biosecurity. Coordinates with Customer Service on scheduling and order status.
Basic Animal Husbandry
Physical job/on feet/climbing stairs to work on second level/repetitive motion
Need Ability to work with tablet computers
Attention to detail required
Needs to be focused, punctual and engaged
