Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic account inquiries and customer care issues.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Provide support to customers regarding product information, order status, and account management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service optimization.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: atleast 1year of SQL experience or 2 years of CSR/TSR or atleast 6 months of Digital Ads, Content Moderator, Digital Marketing or Digital Sales Experience
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
