Rivertech is hiring for an AOC Training Specialist at the 609th AOC on Shaw AFB, SC. Our AOC Training Improvement Support position provide cross flow of training support and information exchange between Air Operations Center (AOC) units and Higher Headquarters. **Responsibilities**
+ Write the implementing documents for (Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) events, monitor their execution, and provide analysis on execution.
+ Define hardware requirements and configurations for (Air Operations Center (AOC) exercises both at home and deployed.
+ Assist in daily scheduling of personnel for attendance at AOC Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and CT.
+ Assist with or lead post exercise review sessions. Document, maintain and track After Action items until they are resolved.
