$18 - $25The AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Operator is responsible for operating inspection equipment to verify the placement and solder quality of electronic components on printed circuit boards. This role serves as a critical quality checkpoint within the SMT manufacturing process, ensuring products meet IPC standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include machine operation, reviewing flagged defects, routing defective boards for rework, documenting inspection results, and providing real-time feedback to improve production quality. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of PCB components, and the ability to work with inspection software and quality systems.
