Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full-cycle AP function and lead a team of five. This individual will ensure timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining excellent service to internal stakeholders and external vendors.



+ Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments

+ Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 5 AP professionals

+ Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments

+ Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments

+ Monitor AP aging and cash disbursement schedules

+ Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and internal controls

+ Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
