APAC Customer‑Centric Engineer (Escalations)

Workato is looking for a Customer Centric Engineer to join our Global Customer Centric Engineering team in Hyderabad City, Pakistan. In this role, you'll manage complex technical customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction. This position requires strong engineering skills, particularly in Ruby, and an ability to communicate effectively across teams.
