About the Role
We’re hiring a senior performance marketing professional to lead paid media programmes across Asia Pacific. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of paid campaigns—from planning and launch through optimisation and stakeholder reporting—to drive measurable business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels and markets
- Own full-funnel programmes spanning brand awareness, consideration, and lead/demand generation
- Build and manage media plans, channel mix, audience strategies, and campaign roadmaps
- Monitor performance and turn data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend is paced efficiently to performance goals
