APAC Senior/Assistant General Counsel, Global Operations – Construction and Infrastructure

Lead end‑to‑end legal support for major capital projects across APAC, from early development and procurement strategy through contracting, execution, claims, and closeout.

Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including EPC/EPCM, design‑build, construction management, consulting, procurement, and supply contracts.

Advise on project risks and strategy, including delay exposure, change orders, performance security, defects/warranty, and dispute avoidance/resolution.

Partner with business stakeholders (procurement, engineering, project teams) to structure tenders, manage risk, and develop contracting templates and playbooks.
