Apartment Maintenance Lead

Mayfair Management Group is looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to manage operations at Hillsboro Townhouse Apartments. You will supervise maintenance staff, ensure timely and effective repairs, maintain property conditions, and support team skills development.

The ideal candidate must have experience in maintenance roles, strong electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge, as well as excellent leadership capabilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
