API Documentation Lead — Payments & Card Issuing

Enfuce is looking for a Technical Writer in Greater London to lead the creation of API documentation and service descriptions for payment products. This 3-month contract may extend, and offers a chance to evolve into a strategic role in knowledge management.

The successful candidate will audit existing documentation, work closely with various stakeholders, and leverage AI tools to craft clear and practical documentation. Strong background in card issuing and processing, as well as excellent writing skills, are essential.
