About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Parking Services team as an Appeals and Monitoring Officer (also known as Parking Correspondence Officer or Representations and Appeals Officer).
In this role, you will investigate and respond to correspondence relating to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), ensuring enquiries, challenges, complaints and representations are considered fairly, accurately and in accordance with relevant legislation and council policies.
