Position Overview

WR Immigration seeks a highly motivated and reliable Immigration Appearance Attorney with 1–2 years of experience handling immigration court appearances and/or in-person USCIS interviews. The ideal candidate will have experience appearing before the Immigration Court, strong oral advocacy skills, and the ability to effectively represent clients in immigration court hearings and USCIS proceedings.
