Opportunity Description
Provide first-level technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues (calls, emails, tickets)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets within SLA
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance
- Provide basic user training and guidance
- Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
