Application Analyst – Oracle Cloud ERP

Lewisham Council is looking for a motivated Application Analyst to support and develop our Oracle Cloud ERP platform, underpinning key financial services across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Managing user access and security roles, ensuring appropriate access across the system
• Investigating and resolving Oracle ERP incidents raised via the IT service desk, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for users
• Working with third‑party support partners to diagnose and resolve complex issues where required
• Supporting system enhancements and changes by collaborating with the Application Specialist, from requirements gathering through to implementation
• Collaborating with business teams and suppliers to plan and deliver quarterly Oracle updates
• Supporting interfaces and reporting requirements, maintaining the integrity and availability of financial data
