Application Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a customer-focused Application Engineer to support AC/DC and DC/DC power supply solutions for North American customers and distributor partners. Based in the Philippines, this role will work in US business hours and serve as a key technical interface between distributors, customers, internal teams, and suppliers in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely technical support and respond to enquiries from North American distributor sales teams and customers
• Deliver product training to distributors and channel partners
• Recommend and support design-in of power supply solutions based on customer requirements
• Perform basic electrical testing and validation for customer-specific applications (as needed)
• Troubleshoot application issues related to integration, EMI/EMC, and thermal performance
