Opportunity Description
Manage day-to-day operations and administration of HubSpot CRM, FileMaker Pro, and
third-party web applications.
Ensure all systems are fully functional, up-to-date, and optimized for user needs
Ability to create custom reports, improve functionality, and maintain data accuracy.
Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users needing support with these
platforms.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure effective usage across
departments.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes through better use
of applications.
Customize or configure systems to meet evolving business needs.
