Application Owner, HR

Introduction

We are looking for an Application Owner, HR to join our HR & Admin team in Metso IT.

As an Application Owner, HR you will join a multi-functional team to take responsibility for the development and advanced support of HR applications and related interfaces.

You are responsible for our global SAP Successfactors application service, collecting and documenting requirements, performing functional analysis, design, build/test/document solutions as required and performing knowledge transfers to stakeholders. You also plan and participate in development projects as well as in SAFe/Agile development processes. You support the HR users and concept owners in troubleshooting in both application and business process issues.
