**Job Description:**
The Information Technology (ITG) division of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst III. The Application Support Analyst III position is responsible for providing dedicated support to customers and ensures efficient and effective utilization of Filing Solutions applications. **This is a full-time remote position. Residency within a 100-mile radius of the office Kansas City, MO is required.**
**Responsibilities Include**
+ Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of implementation projects, including analysis and progress monitoring.
+ Manage customer onboarding, contracts, troubleshooting, setup, and post-production support.
+ Support application testing and software upgrades, documenting results across environments.
