Application Support Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW

BNP Paribas Cardif is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Application Support Engineer to join our Chennai delivery centre. The role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, security and availability of all non‑production applications and infrastructure supporting our French entities. Working in an Agile and DevOps environment, you will partner with development teams, monitor services, automate processes and continuously improve operational efficiency. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate day‑to‑day IT operations for non‑production environments, guaranteeing service stability and uptime.
