Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management Investigate and resolve complex production issues across applications and platforms Perform in-depth analysis to identify root causes and restore services promptly Take ownership of incidents from identification through resolution Cloud & Platform Support Support applications hosted on cloud platforms, including troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues Diagnose and resolve issues related to application hosting, deployments, and system availability CMS & Web Platform Support Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise content management platforms Resolve issues related to content delivery, caching, and publishing processes System & Integration Troubleshooting Investigate issues across APIs, backend services, and system integrations Support database-related checks and validations to ensure data integrity Monitoring & Preventive Maintenance Analyze system logs and monitoring alerts to proactively detect potential issues ...
