Application Support Engineer

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB: Assist project teams in preparing and designing security and communication systems, using input data from shop drawings, tender specifications, customer requirements and intended applications. Research and study new application requirements to propose and discuss with the sales and project teams. Lead demos and proof of concept activities and participate in the implementation of special application projects. Serve as the primary resource for the team in the areas of special applications and product expertise.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: To facilitate the teams to resolve both operational issues and technical difficulties. Work closely with project teams to support and meet project timelines.
