Application Support Manager

We are looking for the Application Security Specialist to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of platforms and monitoring solutions. You will support the operation of Detect & Response services, including EDR, NDR, and Vulnerability Management, ensuring that security sensors and related systems operate reliably 24/7.

As part of the operations team, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support, manage incidents and service requests, participate in change and release activities, and contribute to an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor cyber defense sensors and infrastructure supporting Detect & Response services.
• Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of security platforms in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level operational support, including incident handling and troubleshooting.
