About our group: We are the Customer Success team that ensures successful new product and technology transitions with our customer teams. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest storage technologies while interfacing with a wide array of internal teams. About the role - you will: Drive all technical aspects of our customer qualification engagements Replicate, analyze, and develop solutions in concert with internal engineering teams to address customer issues Run tests in customer environment to validate drive/system compatibility Assist in post-qualification customer technical issues Create and present technical information to internal teams Work with customer account team to solidify feedback into future product requirements. Coordinate activities of other organizations to ensure customer deliverables meet the customer expectations.
