Penspen is looking for a Single point Authority/appointed person in Lifting Operations.
Qualifications Required
Hold bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent; However, competency of SPA may be considered with regards to equivalent qualifications if there is proven record of lifting experience are fulfilled subject to LTA Approval & official interview GC panel.Have relevant oil & gas offshore and onshore lifting related experience of not less than 7 years with minimum 5 years in a similar position.Have adequate training and hands on professional experience and be competent to act as a Single Point Authority for lifting equipment.Have professional qualification in ISO 9000 like Lead Auditor or similar bodies with sufficient experience in Quality Management Systems.Be able to write Lifting plans, supervise and execute critical lifting in ...
