About the Role:

Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to join the team. As the main point of contact for enquiries, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the booking process with accuracy and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to all enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, and website
• Deliver fast, personalised responses to every enquiry
• Assist walk-in clients when required
• Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
• Manage and coordinate schedules effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality sales or client service
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Own reliable transport to travel to Pretoria East
• Proficiency in Office software including Google Sheets and Google Docs
