Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to join the team. As the main point of contact for enquiries, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the booking process with accuracy and efficiency.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to all enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, and website
- Deliver fast, personalised responses to every enquiry
- Assist walk-in clients when required
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
- Manage and coordinate schedules effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality sales or client service
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Own reliable transport to travel to Pretoria East
- Proficiency in Office software including Google Sheets and Google Docs
