General Purpose of the Job:

Under the direction of the Chief Appraiser, the Appraisal Review Officer is responsible for conducting residential and commercial appraisal reviews and assists with appraisal review engagement process as directed by the Chief Appraiser. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job. 
  • Understands the current edition of USPAP, as well as the Bank’s appraisal policy and guidelines. 
  • Performs reviews of appraisal reports of residential and commercial properties to determine the credibility of market values developed for federally related transactions in accordance with internal appraisal policies/procedures, professional standards, and regulatory requirements (USPAP...
