A great opportunity has arisen at Thai by Ja and Charter Guest House, for an Apprentice in Hospitality. Depending on your level of experience, this will be either a level 2 or level 3.

Thai by Ja restaurant and boutique guest house in the heart of Newport, Isle of Wight and we are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Apprentice to learn and contribute across all areas of the business.

This is not a standard role - it is a rotational apprenticeship programme designed to develop a well‑rounded operator capable of understanding and eventually managing the full day‑to‑day running of the business.

You will gain real‑world experience in hospitality, administration, customer service, marketing, and operations, working closely with the owners.
