What you will be doing
- Undertake a comprehensive training programme carried out at the Barony site and Ayrshire College on day release.
- Undertake a period of on-the-job training with a Shift Mechanical Fitter, shift work will be required.
- Complete and maintain all reports and records required for SEMTA (Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies Apprenticeship) awards scheme.
- Liaise with the Mechanical Engineer in the repair and maintenance of all equipment on dayshift to the highest standards.
