Apprentice, Procurement (6 months contract)

We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join us as an Apprentice, Procurement . This role gives you real exposure to the end-to-end business operations and the overall procurement lifecycle, where you will be a key support pillar in ensuring seamless supply chain activities, from initial sourcing to final payment.

What you'll be doing

• Have the opportunities to expose in business operations especially in overall procurement process.
• Assist in documents administration, contract management and SAP system management.
• Drive transactional excellence by issuing POs, vendor creation and managing relevant documentation.
• Involve, prepare and follow-up on sourcing, buying, purchasing, tendering, bidding activities and projects.
• Actively engage with external (vendors, agency, consultant, etc.) and internal stakeholders.
