APPRENTICE TRAINEE RURAL SURVEYOR

About the Role

We are looking for graduate or apprentice rural surveyors to join our small, forward‑thinking team. This trainee position is located in Exeter, Devon.

Responsibilities

• Participate in estate management, farm and land sales, valuations, planning, ecological and forestry advice, landlord & tenant relationships, rent reviews, ELMS, BPS and SFI claims.
• Assist with projects such as expert witness work, large‑scale woodland creation, BNG surveys & projects and research on cutting‑edge policy issues.
• Provide early client contact and support across all areas of traditional land agency services.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an RICS accredited rural degree (part‑time or full‑time).
• Commitment to achieve RICS APC competencies and CAAV training.
• Strong desire to learn and develop across all facets of rural surveying.
