Turner Free School has an opportunity to appoint an Apprentice Trainee Teacher of Maths to gain QTS. This Postgraduate Teaching Apprenticeship is a paid, work-based route into teaching that enables graduates to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while employed in a school. Apprentices develop their classroom practice through hands-on experience, supported mentoring, and structured academic study, working towards a recognised postgraduate qualification. This pathway combines practical training with theory, allowing trainees to earn a salary while they learn and make an immediate impact in the classroom. This is a fixed term contract for the duration of the course which runs from 1st September 2026 to 31st October 2027. To be eligible, candidates must be a UK National or have indefinite leave to remain.
