Working as a Cordon Bleu Chef in her family restaurant, our founder, Alison Dodd, realised that she couldn’t always get the great quality and variety of herbs she needed, therefore soon recognised the need for a good supply of fresh herbs to the catering industry, and this is how Herbs Unlimited began.

Description

You will be working in 3 areas

Good In:

- Assisting Goods In controller to book in all product and items used within the business

- Checking quality of products upon intake and during storage

- Producing labels and traceability codes

- Managing stocks

- Vacuum cooling

- Running products to the production lines

- Continued hygiene of the area

- Organising waste lines



Dispatch:

- Assisting Dispatch controller in the checking off finished products

- Collating the products in the dispatch fridge prior to them being loaded ...
