The Student Support team is central to the student journey at Harlow College. We provide comprehensive Admissions, Bursary, and Apprenticeship support. Our goal is to ensure every prospective and current student has a positive and efficient experience from their first enquiry right through to successful enrolment onto the perfect program, with a special focus on our growing apprenticeship provision.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Support Advisor with a specific focus on apprenticeships. In this vital role, you will be a key contact for employers and individuals interested in pursuing apprenticeships through the College. The successful Apprenticeship Advisor will be responsible for the apprenticeship recruitment and onboarding process, from assessing applications and guiding candidates through to ensuring the enrolment process is followed promptly, accurately, and efficiently.
