Join a unique apprenticeship that is part of a record £179m investment at our Taw Valley site in Devon. We are currently going through an exciting expansion for a new production line which will make mozzarella cheese. This two year apprenticeship offers three distinct pathways: Liquid processing, Mozzarella production and Logistics with the content tailored around the respective department.

Paths and responsibilities

• Logistics — hands-on experience in cold-store and warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory tasks, vehicle loading/unloading, and operating box-packing, palletiser and forklift equipment.
• Liquid processing — supporting operation, monitoring, and cleaning processing equipment such as separators and pasteurisers, various valve types, as well as associated pump operations.
