HOBAN Recruitment is seeking customer-focused and empathetic APS3 Participant Support Officers to provide frontline support for our government client, in GRIFFITH, NSW. About the Role
- Provide high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for participants, customers, and stakeholders via front-of-house, phone, and email support.
- Manage and resolve participant enquiries in line with NDIS legislation, operational guidelines, and work instructions.
- Triage moderately complex enquiries and refer matters to the appropriate teams or support services where required.
- Handle participant matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgement.
